1. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open to all customers who place an order of any value on wearsysy.com using the discount code EXTRA10 at checkout.
  • Orders must be validly completed and paid.
  • If an order is returned, it will no longer be eligible for entry.
  • Employees, contractors, or affiliates of PREMIUM TRADING EXCLUSIVE S.R.L. are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Period

  • The Giveaway is active until a total of 150 valid orders have been placed using code EXTRA10.
  • Once the threshold of 150 eligible orders is reached, the Giveaway will close, and winners will be drawn.

3. Prizes

  • A total of three (3) SYSY digital gift cards worth €100 each will be awarded.
  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • Gift cards may be used on any products available on wearsysy.com, including discounted items.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected randomly after the 150 qualifying orders have been confirmed.
  • Winners will be announced publicly on SYSY’s official Instagram account (@sysy_shapewear) and contacted via email using the address provided at checkout.
  • Only the official @sysy_shapewear account and the email domain wearsysy.com will contact winners.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If a participant requests a refund for their order, that order will no longer count as an eligible entry.

6. Liability

  • PREMIUM TRADING EXCLUSIVE S.R.L. reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • The organizer shall not be liable for any technical errors, internet disruptions, or other factors outside its reasonable control.

7. Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
